瀝青砼路面的改色施工工藝

新鋪筑的瀝青路面未經(jīng)過車輛輪胎的彈性揉搓，瀝青混合料中的瀝青不能充分的泛油，路面空隙較大。改色劑噴涂施工時會滲透到空隙與游離的瀝青產(chǎn)生少許反應(yīng)。所以用瀝青改色保護劑給新舊瀝青路改色時需要了解施工注意事項再施工。

1、新鋪筑的濟南瀝青砼瀝青面層盡量是開放交通1周后再進行改色施工。如果工期緊張，必須在新鋪筑路面的后2天。

2、在天氣晴好的條件下，用輪胎壓路機多次碾壓，輪胎反復(fù)揉搓新鋪筑瀝青路面，改善瀝青泛油條件，再進行改色施工。

3、如噴涂過程中出現(xiàn)路面發(fā)黃的情況，需調(diào)高噴槍嘴與路面距離或噴涂機壓力調(diào)整為6MPa，并且噴涂時噴嘴與路面成45度夾角（此方法旨在減輕改色劑對瀝青路面顆粒的滲透度，避免改色劑完全包裹碎石顆粒，導(dǎo)致顆粒表面無包裹油膜而脫落）。
3. If the road surface turns yellow during spraying, it is necessary to increase the distance between the spray gun nozzle and the road surface or adjust the pressure of the spraying machine to 6Mpa, and the nozzle forms an included angle of 45 degrees with the road surface during spraying (this method aims to reduce the permeability of the color modifier to the asphalt pavement particles and avoid the color modifier completely wrapping the gravel particles, resulting in the particles falling off without wrapping the oil film on the surface).
瀝青砼路面比普通路面多了些優(yōu)勢：

1、厚度較?。汉穸确浅５谋。虼瞬粫绊懰淼赖嚷访娴耐ㄐ袃舾叨?，并且重量也比較輕，不會增加橋梁、路面基礎(chǔ)的負擔(dān)。

3、粘結(jié)強度高：彩色瀝青路面所采用的粘結(jié)劑屬于有機、無機結(jié)合性材料，對于各種材料，瀝青砼、水泥砼、鋼鐵、木材等具有很強的粘結(jié)強度，而且適用范圍寬。

5.
