公路瀝青路面裂縫成因分析
裂縫主要形式及現(xiàn)象
The main forms and phenomena of cracks
瀝青路面的開(kāi)裂表現(xiàn)形式是多種多樣的,主要有橫向、縱向、網(wǎng)狀和反射裂縫。
The cracking manifestations of asphalt pavement are diverse, mainly including horizontal, vertical, mesh, and reflective cracks.
橫向裂縫現(xiàn)象
Lateral crack phenomenon
裂縫與路中 心線基本垂直,縫寬不一,縫長(zhǎng)有的貫穿整個(gè)路幅,有的貫穿部分路幅,裂縫彎彎曲曲、有枝有叉。橫向裂縫中的唧漿導(dǎo)致裂縫兩側(cè)凹陷,橋頭跳車處的路面橫向裂縫,在路面積水的作用下加速跳車發(fā)展的速度,同時(shí)會(huì)對(duì)路基造成沖刷。
The cracks are basically perpendicular to the centerline of the road, with varying widths. Some of the crack lengths run through the entire road, while others run through some parts of the road. The cracks are curved and have branches and forks. The grouting in the transverse cracks causes depressions on both sides of the cracks, and the transverse cracks on the road surface at the bridgehead where the vehicle jumps accelerate the development of the jumping under the action of water accumulation on the road surface, while also causing erosion on the roadbed.
縱向裂縫現(xiàn)象
Longitudinal crack phenomenon
裂縫走向基本與行車方向平行,裂縫長(zhǎng)度和寬度不一。一般都發(fā)生在高填方的路基上??v向裂縫容易形成沿行車方向呈臺(tái)階狀,影響行車舒 適性。
The crack direction is basically parallel to the direction of driving, and the length and width of the crack vary. It usually occurs on high fill roadbeds. Longitudinal cracks can easily form a stepped shape along the direction of driving, affecting driving comfort.
網(wǎng)狀裂縫現(xiàn)象
Network crack phenomenon
裂縫縱橫交錯(cuò),將面層分隔成若干多邊形的小塊,一般縫寬1mm以上,縫距40cm以下。網(wǎng)狀裂縫導(dǎo)致瀝青路面松散或坑槽,嚴(yán)重影響瀝青路面的綜合服務(wù)水平。
The cracks crisscross and divide the surface layer into several small polygonal pieces, with a width of over 1mm and a spacing of less than 40cm. Mesh cracks cause looseness or potholes in asphalt pavement, seriously affecting the comprehensive service level of asphalt pavement.
反射裂縫現(xiàn)象
Reflection crack phenomenon
基層產(chǎn)生裂縫后,在溫度和行車荷載作用下,裂縫將逐漸反射到瀝青表面,路表面裂縫的位置形狀與基層裂縫基本相似。對(duì)于半剛性基層以橫向裂縫居多,對(duì)于柔性路面上加罩的瀝青結(jié)構(gòu)層,裂縫形式不一,主要取決于下臥層。
After cracks occur at the grassroots level, under the action of temperature and driving load, the cracks will gradually reflect onto the asphalt surface, and the position and shape of the road surface cracks are basically similar to those of the grassroots cracks. For semi-rigid base layers, transverse cracks are more common, while for asphalt structural layers covered on flexible pavement, the crack forms vary, mainly depending on the underlying layer.
